Ways to get involved at KI

There are many ways you can participate in life at KI. Each person experiences and lives Judaism in their own unique way. Our programs are tailored to a variety of ages, needs and interests. We hope that taking part in our programs will challenge your mind, nurture your soul, build friendships that last a lifetime and make you feel at home.

The Kehillat Israel Society of Sisters (“KISS”)

Our vibrant KISS group strives to establish deeper, more meaningful connections between the women of our KI community through events that combine social, spiritual, and tikkun olam elements while having fun. In the past we’ve held exciting author events, supported the amazing Women’s Seders, created enlightening health luncheons, held a welcome tea for Rabbi Amy, spotlighted important causes from local foster children to Jewish World Watch, took field trips to art exhibits, attended concerts at the Skirball, held potluck Shabbat dinners, and planned the incredible annual women’s retreat. By participating in one or more of these events, we made new friends, felt inspired, and got energized, while having loads of fun.

KISS IS OPEN TO EVERY FEMALE MEMBER OF OUR SYNAGOGUE
