KI’s SPY dinner program is coordinated by Social Action Trustee Michelle Ross. Join other KI members to serve and eat food with homeless youth at Safe Place for Youth (SPY).
Safe Place for Youth (SPY) is a drop-in center for homeless youth aged 12-25 located at 2469 Lincoln Boulevard in Venice. SPY’s robust continuum of care addresses the unique needs of its population through assertive street outreach, low barrier drop-in services, health and wellness programming, case management, and education and employment services. The goal of SPY’s program is to provide critical resources and empower young people to take control of their lives, supported by trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and positive youth development strategies in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
